Downpayment Assistance programs...

Attention First Time Home Buyers & Buyers with FHA loans!

As of October 1st 2008, all downpayment assistance programs, like Nehemiah and many others, are wiped out.  You are no longer be able to buy a house with 100% financing. After October 1st 2008 all FHA loans will require 3.5% downpayments from home buyers. Gifts, only from family members, are still allowed.

If you are thinking of buying a home and need  help with downpayment, you still have time to take advantage of the existing downpayment assistance programs!
